Here’s a summary of the workshops I do with clients in person or online:

1. The power of the brand

First question: WHO are you connecting with? You might gather data about your customers but without qualitative research you basically have no idea who your customers really are.
Discover and define your emotional values along with understanding of your customer’s emotional drivers - and then connect with the right kind of customer based on the same emotional values and set yourself for success.

Co-creation is a process of guiding non-creatives through a creative process. Through co-creation we can discover the most authentic solutions – by understanding our clients deeply and using their vision as a cornerstone of the Creative Direction. They will then embrace the ‘new identity’ more successfully, reflect it to the outside world and attract the right customer.

I’ve been helping innovative businesses with answering the above question for many years and the nr. 1 mistake I notice over and over again is that businesses tend to talk more about their technology than the pain they are solving for their customers.
With other words, they fail to connect through emotion. Technology and feelings are not usually paired together, yet our buying decisions rely more on emotions than anything else.
